Whether it’s within the context of our families, friend circles, neighborhoods, or ministries, organizations, and nations, we are all constantly called to either lead or follow leaders. Leadership affects us all.
Personally, for most of my life post high school, leadership has been a constant interest of mine. I have followed many great people. It has also been my privilege and honor to serve in many capacities of leadership, both at personal and organizational levels.
Through this process, I have learned much in this vital area. However, this is still an area where I hope to grow much more.
